Escape to the Country Wellness Retreat


Event Details


The wellness retreat is a combination of yoga,  jazzercise, meditation, hiking and stretching.  It is a chance to make new friends, eat good food and most importantly, learn how to take care of yourself.  And, you are contributing to a great recreational facility in our area.The schedule is below and the registration form and instructions on how to send it in is attached.  We hope to see you at the Tawatinaw Ski Hill.
