Back to the Country Spring Wellness Retreat
This Wellness Retreat is all about you. Surrounded by the beauty of the Tawatinaw Valley at the Tawatinaw Valley Ski Club chalet, your day will be filled with yoga, jazzercise, meditation, hiking and stretching You will be treated to a delicious lunch and have the opportunity to visit with friends and learn new tips on healthy habits.
