A Taste of Athabasca
Celebrate Culture Through Food!
Part of the One Book, One Community programming presented by:
One Book, One Community committee, in partnership with the Alice B. Donahue Library and Archives,
“One of the events the committee has planned is A Taste of Athabasca which will be held on November 4th from ll am-l pm at the Athabasca Multiplex Fieldhouse. Individuals, groups, and businesses from our community are all invited to participate in this event. Each table will prepare one food item or dish that can be portioned out to bite size. The goal is to have many different cultural foods represented at this event. All attendees will get a plate and be invited to gather the samples from all the tables and sit in the community to enjoy the different flavours.
Event participation will be by donation and donations will cover the costs of One Book, One Community events this year.”
